Keene Revo Casinohas donated $19,569 to the Keene Senior Center in New Hampshire, an organization that helps sustain programs, meals, and services for local residents aged 50 and older.

Keen Senior Center Receives $20K from Keene Revo Casino 

Keen Senior Center executive director Kim Rumrillstated that the generous support received from the Keene Revo Casino is helping the organization meet its $324,000annual budget at a time when many small nonprofits are facing significant financial challenges. She expressed deep gratitude for the casino’s continued commitment to the center’s mission.

The Senior Center provides a diverse array of programs for New Hampshire residents aged 50 and older, including fitness and yoga classes, card and board games, and daily hot lunches. It also runs Cheshire Village at Home, a membership-based program offering transportation, assistance with small household tasks, and opportunities for social connection.

However, recent changes in the state’s laws will also benefit Keene Revo Casino, as New Hampshire gave a green light to casino expansions thanks to a new bill, which will lift limits on video lottery terminal (VLT) installations. This will allow venues to install as many VLTs as they want, boosting casinos’ offerings tremendously.
